The holiday inn is not a nice spot. Theres after been a few SP's thats after getting roughed up, there before. Its not the safest, the layout is sketchy.

Hi. I apologize for the confusion. For the reasons mentioned in the comment above I don’t service the old Holiday Inn. However at the time, I did not know there was a new one and assumed you meant the old one. Please feel free to contact me again about the new location and I will gladly set something up. Again, sorry about the confusion. My bad.

So I had set up a session with Ms. Summers and she replied the next day. In the reply she mentioned that she only will do outcalls to residences within 10 minutes of MUN. So, I checked google maps and my house is 12 minutes away from MUN. I replied to her stating this and asking if that was ok. She never replied. So, guess she is really firm on the 10 minute rule. Bummer.
