Thanks sailor, I am a regular with one provider at the studios when I'm in town. Honestly, if I have to ask a provider to vouch for me after multiple request to admin to activate my chat then it sounds like too much work. The only response I got from an admin was the snarky comment from Ole hotdog on this thread.

I'll leave it at that
