The main site: http://www.nladult.com has a built in chat feature. You'll need to set up an account there, but when do, and you read a girl's ad, you will have the option to visit their profile by clicking on their name on the ad, and through there, you will have the option to chat with the selected girl.

Just keep in mind, that "chat" is optional, and some girls may not be receptive to it, so if you try to chat with a girl, and she's not interested, probably best to leave it a that.
