I just saw her ad on the main site and did a little research as pics looked too good to be true. Anyway, came upon these threads on Perb which is a site similar to this one but for western Canada. Anyway, multiple folks with negative reviews. Take it for what it’s worth. Cheers!

And the pics from her other recent ads on LL don’t look anything like the pics in our local ad. That sounds like what was said in the Perb ads.
