If you have questions for a service provider or another member don't reply to their post send them a private message. If they wanted to post their rates and other information they would have done so. These will keep the message boards cleaner.

Why when you message someone they don't reply? Is it because they are not real?

That doesn't mean they aren't real. It means they could be busy, with another client, or doing something else.
You can wait, or try another SP. If a SP has a full schedule they likely will not text back, but you can try again another day.
