How to make sure she won't disappear after getting money,
or totally different from description?

Money upfront is a scam 99.9% of the time never do it. What ad is asking for money up front?

Take a look at those, both girls have ads posted saying they are in cities 1/2 way across the country but are in NL at the same time. I'm no genius but I don't think it is possible or logical to be offering service in British Columbia and Newfoundland on the same day.
